SkyLock Media operates the Part 107 Exam Prep website. This policy explains what information the service collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, account identifier, authentication records, and account-access status.
- Learning information: diagnostic answers and results, study progress, quiz activity, practice-exam results, readiness statistics, and assigned practice set.
- Subscription information: subscription dates, product, amount, payment-provider reference, renewal or extension status, and reminder history. SkyLock Media does not store complete payment-card numbers.
- Technical information: security, authentication, delivery, and error logs produced when the service is used.
How we use information
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide the correct course access, preserve study history, deliver account and expiration messages, support customers, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and maintain or improve the service.
Service providers
SkyLock Media uses Supabase for authentication and database services, GitHub Pages for website hosting, Stripe for secure payment checkout and payment confirmation, and Resend for transactional and subscription-reminder email. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security terms.
Sharing and selling
SkyLock Media does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers described above, when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Account and learning information is retained while an account or subscription is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary for support, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request account and personal-data deletion from the Account page or via the Contact page. Identity must be verified before a request is completed. Some limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Security
SkyLock Media uses access controls, email confirmation, password protections, database Row Level Security, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also ask questions about retention or service providers via our Contact page.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
