These terms govern use of SkyLock Media Part 107 Exam Prep. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Educational service

The service is an independent educational product. SkyLock Media is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration. Course materials are not official FAA questions, publications, legal advice, or operational authorization. Passing scores and certification outcomes are not guaranteed.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify SkyLock Media of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and course access are for the registered user and may not be shared, resold, scraped, copied, or used to distribute protected materials.

Access periods

Free-preview and paid-access periods are displayed before purchase and in the customer account. Access may end when the applicable period expires. Any extension, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms presented at checkout become part of these terms. Checkout is processed securely by Stripe; SkyLock Media does not receive or store your payment card details.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, access another customer’s information, introduce malicious code, misuse authentication or email systems, or reproduce protected course content beyond personal study use.

Availability and changes

SkyLock Media may correct content, update features, perform maintenance, or suspend access needed to protect customers and the service. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve paid-user progress and provide the service during active access periods.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SkyLock Media is not responsible for FAA testing decisions, regulatory changes, examination scheduling, aircraft operations, or losses caused by relying on the service as a substitute for official requirements or professional advice.
